Charged $460 for a washing machine repair. Less than 24 HOURS later, problem is not resolved and I am not told by their Customer Service department that we need to pay an additional $743. Our Samsung washer broke down due to a tear in the door boot as per our Quick Fix Appliance technician. He told us he would not warranty the repair because it may be "something else". We paid $460 for the repair. On the invoice there is a line that reads "Did the customer approve that the complaint was resolved: Yes or No. My name and signature are required. I did not answer the question nor did I sign as I wanted to ensure the problem was resolved. Less than 24 hours later and on my first load of laundry since the repair, my washing machine was smoking and piece of the door boot ripped off and was mixed in with our clothes. I called to ask about the repair and that is when I was told it would another $740 for a new door boot, a new drain pump and more labour charges. I would have purchased a brand new washer instead of paying $1243 to fix my current washer which is only 5 years old

I paid $400 for absolutely nothing from these guys. Chris is an incompetent technician that will say what he needs to convince you to pay him. He convince me to buy a gas stove because I had all the hookups for it. But he did not check to see if there was a gas line running from the furnace. Then he hooked up the stove anyways and charged me for the installation! They refused to refund my money and stopped returning my calls. DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They are terrible.
Someone came to "fix" my dishwasher... It never worked after the visit and I've spent the past two weeks trying to get them to correct the job. They will not return my calls. Clearly should have done my research on them.

I was fortunate to have a technician come to my house on the day of New Years Eve. Another repair company said the earliest available appointment was six days away. The technician who came was polite and very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was able to get the part before the supplier closed for the holiday. I was very grateful to have my refrigerator working within the same day without a long wait.

Repaired fridge in October damaging/gouging hardwood floors in the process, fridge not put back properly, charged illegal convenience fee for using visa which was never reversed nor did they take responsibility for damaged flooring. Fridge broke again in December, countless calls to booking centre and customer care. Recording you listen to before leaving a message talks about their superb customer care. BUNK!!!! Finally returned my call January 6 to say I needed to send a copy of my invoice as they had archived mine already. Explained they now needed to give superb customer care and find my invoice. I have subsequently got fridge fixed with another company within two days who stated fridge does not need to be pulled out as all mechanics are accessible from the front of the fridge!!!
Stay FAR away from this company. Don't know how they stay in business!! Paid another $950.00 to fix the problem!

I have been trying to reach someone at customer service. No one returns any calls. When i phone the main number i just get the run around to 1-888 # who dont call back
This is regarding a refund as the tech did not get the right part. Was supposed to be a transmission but he brought a motor ???? I even told him the problem before he took it apart. The work order stats transmission also.He took $358.00 as half a deposit in which i should at least get $ 250.00 back as its not my screw up. I talked to someone in Nov and said i had to wait till Dec. for the Boss to sign the cheques. Its now Jan. still getting the run around

I called this company stating that suspected the pulley was gone in my dryer as it was making a loud noise when running. This guy came and I was concerned he didn't know what he was doing because he first opened up the back of the machine, I knew from research on line that it need to be opened from the front. He assured me he had it under control then opened the front and claimed it was just dirty and cleaned it out and it was quiet the first couple times I used it but started making noise again. I tried calling them 3 times and they would not return my calls. Called another repair company, He Identified the pulley as being damaged immediately as it had a groove warn in it. Replaced it and now it works fine.

Another bad experience typical to the host of other bad reviews. Repairman arrived, diagnosed problem with washing machine and provided quote to fix washing machine, of which I paid $220 labor fee upfront.

Of course when repairman arrived to fix machine he found additional issues not previously mentioned that now would not make repairing washing machine feasible.

Spoke to costumer service asking for refund. Lady who took call (Selina Khan) was immediately defensive and condescending. I tried to explain I only went forward with service based on their diagnostic and would be ok paying for this $80 fee but not the full $220. No dice, $220 down the drain.

Buyer beware, this company lacks integrity and is more trouble than their worth based on my experience and the numerous poor reviews out there.

Absolutely useless. Had I read the posts here, I would never have used them. 1st call out $271, 2nd call out cost another $270. Damaged other pipe work and left a shut off valve leaking. Totally unprofessional and can only hope they go bankrupt. HOMEOWNERS BEWARE THEY WILL NOT FIX YOUR ISSUE - GUARANTTED TO TAKE YOUR MONER AND RUN.

$220 flat rate for service. Needed pump motor and said will sell at manufacture cost of$350 bringing total to $650 including tax. Can buy part from company online for just over $100. Part mark up of 250%. Company took advantaged of my good nature. Also said that I can't get the measly $15 discount that company claims for 1st time clients because company takes off his salary. Feel like an fool. Technician was qualified but didn't act in good faith. Lesson learned.
