The plastic seal (gasket) on right side door was torn where the 2 doors close together.
This is the second time that the plastic seal was replaced, the first was under factory warranty.
We called Lowe's service dept. and they put us in contact with Repair Care, the tech came out the next day, ordered the part replaced it as soon as they had received the part, problem solved.
Very quick and efficient service.
