My family and I hired a contractor to renovate our bathroom and unfortunately we were suspicious of the workmanship. That's when we contacted Vito. He was able to inspect the bathroom the next day and he confirmed our suspicions. He was very informative and knowledgeable. He provided a detailed report outlining the problem areas of the renovation with pictures and recommendations. He answered all our questions and even gave us advice. Our inspector, Vito, was not only friendly and a pleasure to work with, but VERY knowledgeable and incredibly thorough! He answered all of our questions and even provided answers to questions we didn't know we had. His report was very detailed, and complete with explanations and photos. We've had an inspection done before (on our first home purchase) and that person cant compare to the professionalism and expertise we got with Vito. Would recommend 100%!

Vito was a pleasure to hire as my Home Inspector for my first home. He was professional, punctual, friendly, informative, honest, and unbiased. He took time in going through the whole house and did not rush. He also had some recommendations for some home improvements and referrals. Also his fees were reasonable. Vito did an excellent job. He came to do the inspection on short notice, and was very personable and patient with our many questions. The report was very detailed, with pictures and explanations. While there was nothing significantly wrong, he pointed out a few things which should be addressed which we would not have thought of. He also provided recommendations for workers that could address some of the items.

Vito was amazing. He was very thorough and detailed. He went onto of the roof and climbed into and around the attic to inspect it thoroughly. He explained what he was looking for as he was inspecting and provided future advice on the house. He was super friendly and helpful and assisted us with our agent on some of the deficiencies and was able to get some remedy and credit on some of the issues. He is extremely quick and responsive. He responded to all texts, emails and calls in a very timely manner and provided us with a detailed report on the day of inspection shortly after we left the house. We would highly recommend him to all our friends and family!

He took the time to answer all our questions and he seem to genuinely care about how comfortable we were with all the information provided.
