Vito from DSM Property Services is a real professional. Extremely detailed, patient, friendly, and genuinely interested in educating me about my new house. I accompanied him around the house as he did his work. He talked me through everything he was looking at and why it was important to examine in addition to suggesting minor fixes that I could DIY. I requested for the "Essential Inspection" package and it took about 2 hours in total. The result was a detailed PDF inspection report with detailed explanations and pictures within. Vito is easy to communicate with and very responsive via mobile phone, text or email. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspector.
