Vito is a very knowledgeable, experienced home inspector who provided a very thorough home inspection and not only pointed out a detailed list of issues, but also gave very practical advice on their severity and gave useful recommendations on what the course of action of each should be. I feel that he provided us a very valuable service and we feel much more confident that we know what our potential issues will be after Vito had gone through them with us. Vito was also very accommodating, and even though we called him for an inspection less than 24 hours prior, he rearranged his personal weekend schedule just to fit us in. I would highly recommend Vito for others looking for a thorough home inspection.
