We hired Vito to do a home inspection for our 3-story house. We really appreciated his great work, especially that he climbed to the 3-level high roof to check the condition of it as soon as he saw the ladder could be put on the second floor balcony. (most of time, it could be too dangerous to climb 3 levels and check the outside condition of the roof). Vito answered all our questions professionally and in detail. Even the final report is quite comprehensive and submitted by him at same day. Overall, we are very satisfied with his service, and will definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for home inspection.
