Vito completed our home inspection. We were buying an older home and were apprehensive about the potential repairs/issues. He was very thorough in his inspection, especially for the roof, attic and basement. He was always explaining how to maintain certain items (furnace, AC, roof) to extend the useful life and prioritizing which repairs should be made first -this was extremely helpful for us.
