Contacted Navco Construction through a referral of a friend of ours. Spoke to Edgar upon his free estimate at our home and considered him a businessman and sincere about the care he takes in his work of his team.
Upon getting quotes from other related companies we found him to be just above average. Edgar was very open to discussing the price and the quality that he warrantied. We came to a reasonable understanding of the scope of work and costs involved and proceeded, and award Navco Constuction Corp the contract.
We found his team to sincere, friendly, respectful and accommodating in most cases. I/we would rate Navco in the TOP 20%, if not more of what is probably out there today in terms of quality, sincerity and pride in their work.
