Vince is an easy guy, very knowledgable professional to work with. Like his company name, he knows his stuff very well. He wouldn't convince you to buy products that you don't need. Like I found a Paradigm rear ceiling speakers which can tilt in different angles but he wouldn't suggest that. He's also very patient and taking the time to explain to me what he's done and how those remotes work. My overall experience with Vince is fantastic. Would definitely recommend the Audio Guy to my friends. Keep up the good work Vince.
