Bayview Steam Cleaning

I am very disappointed. I spilled a cup of coffee on my rug and was told it wouldn't be a problem to remove the stain. The gentleman came twice to clean it and the stain got larger, where each time he only spent 15 minutes or so working on the rug. He came a third time and told me to take a photo of the cleaning agent he was using so I could purchase it myself and try cleaning it myself, when I had already paid $300 for him to remove the stain. It seemed he was frustrated with me for kindly asking him to complete the job. I'm definitely disappointed because I was very hopeful and optimistic that I could trust the work to be completed professionally. I would not use this service ever again.
