Do not use this company. We had our windows measured and a quote made deposit paid and scheduled the install date. All sounds good right. The week befor I sent the salesman a text confirming our install. They responded "I hope so. I'll get back to you Monday." Monday was our install day. Well then the install date came and no one showed up showed. When I tried to call the company and sales man they all dodged my calls for hours. Finally the receptionist showed up and they used this person to deal with me. They were all "too busy". No one was willing to talk to me and rectify the situation. Even when I asked for my money back they were not willing to give me my deposit back. Do not use these people.

WORST service ever and VERY unprofessional!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GO TO A DIFFERENT STORE for the sake of your TIME and MONEY - and MENTAL HEALTH!!

On August 23, my mom and I ordered eleven windows that were to be installed in our new house that was/and still is undergoing renovation.
We were told it'd take 3 WEEKS for the windows to be delivered.

On the day of the delivery, NO WINDOWS were delivered. When we went to the store to discuss this matter, we were told the delivery has been delayed by a week (the exact date they gave us was September 21st). We had already made full payments, so we decided to just wait one more week.

One week later = STILL NO WINDOWS delivered. Called the store, asked the receptionist about what was going on with our windows, she replied she would talk to the manager and call us back in a few minutes =she never called us back.

When we called the store again, we were told the delivery has been delayed by yet another TWO WEEKS. The receptionist was barely apologetic about this, and the manager didn't even make an effort to inform us let alone apologize about this.

At this point, we decided it would be faster to use a different store, and so we told the receptionist we'd like to refund the windows. Again, she told us she'd discuss it with the manager and call us back - you know the pattern: she never called us.

A day later, the manager called us, and literally ranted, yelled, screamed at us, telling us to go ahead and refund the windows if we really couldn't wait - and we did. (By the way, our windows were custom size, so we were surprised we could even get the refund)

Our new house, which at this point should have all the windows installed, is currently windowless. We need to repeat the process of looking for a different store, placing orders, and waiting for delivery again... and our house will stay windowless for at least three more weeks from now on.

Just totally baffled by the lack of professionalism and the barely-apologetic, audacious attitude of the staff.

I would honestly give 0 stars if I could, but one star is the minimum rating here. The ratings at HomeStars are way outdated, so don't be deceived by them.

Great windows variety of options not only in windows but colours of the frames as well. Service was good and on time, owners are nice and easy to contact as well as some staff.

I was very satisfied with the price. The installation was just ok - some of my cedar siding was cracked when old frames were banged out - I felt I should have been warned of this possibility.

I had my old windows replaced and custom made for my older home. The cost was reasonable and the delivery was on time. The workmanship was not great but I am happy with the overall results.

We needed triple-paned windows for our new house. After getting quotes and talking to select vendors, we decided to go with Alkan. This was our first time purchasing from them so I didn't know what to expect. The quality of the windows is great for the price and the staff are very friendly.
