I recommend Or without reservation. I had a very troublesome gas fireplace—the flame was extinguishing on its own. I went through two contractors before finding Or, who proved to be reliable, trustworthy and highly knowledgeable. He refused to give up, even when the source of the problem (improper original installation of the venting) wasn't clear. Now my fireplace works perfectly. I'm very grateful and will certainly hire Or again."
