Kellen arrived on time and was very professional and informative. He explained what would be the best case and worse case scenario before starting the work. Lucky for us it turned out to be the best case scenario and he was done within 15 minutes. He also suggested what would be a better shower component should the need arise.

The guys are always extremely professional and definately know what they are doing. They take the time to explain things and always try and find the best approach to solve and fix the problem, fast.

Garburator was leaking badly, Kellen came and installed a new one. He did an excellent job, and was very thorough in explaining what the problem was, and giving us advice about how it works, and what can and cannot be put in the garburator.

I am new to Calgary and I found Plumbing Paramedics in the local Cranversations mail out. They were prompt, courteous and efficient. They also did all the running around for replacement pieces and my new toilet which I selected from his electronic app.
The plumber was knowledgeable and experienced and I would have him back for future jobs.

Kellen came in to assess our leaking toilet and determined that the tank was cracked and that we needed a replacement. He arranged to come back the next day and quickly installed the new toilet with multiple checks. He was extremely friendly and professional during both visits, taking care to call in advance and knock incase my daughter was still napping. I would highly recommend Kellen and his company as I had an excellent customer experience.
