Richard's team arrived when promised, and did a wonderful job of removing our old windows, installing new ones, and explaining the operation of the new windows. The team did a fantastic job of cleaning up afterward. I am very happy with the results. Richard made a follow-up call to make sure everything was satisfactory and will call again in two weeks to check again.

The sales person was extremely helpful and informative. Was extremely happy with the whole process from start to the finishing installation. Would strongly recommend this company. Overjoyed with our front door!

I am very thankful for the prompt quality service provided by Fortress Windows and Doors. I had a window installed by another company about one month ago. Unfortunately the window was not properly installed which delayed my bathroom renovation. I contacted Fortress………. and talk about excellent service! I explained that my renovation will be delayed if I don’t get the window problem fixed. They advised me that they had a crew working not too far from my address and they may be able to help me out when they finish the job they were at. Sure enough I get a call from Richard who told me they would come out when they were done. Steve, Richard and Andy came out later that afternoon. Steve checked out the window and commenced to level and realign the window and recap the aluminum trim. I am extremely grateful that Fortress made the effort to come out to help me in the late afternoon of the day I called. Besides doing a fantastic job with the window they are genuinely nice people. I highly recommend Fortress Windows and Doors.

I have used Fortress Windoors and Door and since I moved into my home. Every window and door that needed replacement was through them. They are very reasonably priced and their service is excellent.

I can't say enough about Steve and his crew! After receiving three comparable quotes, I finally decided to go with Fortress and this was entirely because of Steve. While the other companies had generally positive reviews, Steve was the only one who responded when I had additional questions. He also followed up independently to let me know he was available in case I needed further information and to stress that the company was interested in my business and in providing quality work. They offer a solid guarantee and Steve assured me they would immediately address any concerns or problems, both in the present and the future. I realize that many contractors are busy, but chasing down a potential contractor to get basic information before a job is even booked (because it wasn't provided with the quote) doesn't inspire a lot of confidence in their reliability or interest in your project. This is what set Steve apart from the others. He was present without being pushy and I felt entirely confident they would do a great job and that Steve would stand by his word. He managed to find a date very quickly and his crew came out and completed the job in a relatively short amount of time. They were friendly and professional, fully cleaned the yard and decks and found a way to simplify the system I had previously. It looks just beautiful. The seamless gutters make all the difference! I've had so many compliments from neighbours and people walking by. After three weeks and a lot of rain, I'm thrilled with the results. It has transformed my house! I highly recommend Steve and his crew to anyone who needs to replace their eavestrough!

I chose Fortress initially because I saw they do small jobs. I decided to add roofing repairs to the one front window I needed installed. I felt confident going with them after I met Steve M. He was quiet, self-assured and took his time to explain what they will be doing. We had scheduling issues due to weather but managed to agree to a plan to do the work over two days. On installation day I felt confident I hired the right people. They came with a take charge attitude, got in, got the job done, cleaned up and left. Steve passed by at various times to oversee the installations. I'm impressed with the quality of their work, the professionalism of the staff and their warranty. It was such a pleasure to work with Steve from Fortress. A true gentleman and overall nice guy. I had done my homework and received quotes from several other companies to dispose of my old eavestrough and install new ones. Steve had reached out and immediately setup a time to come over. Had great recommendations and was very knowledgeable. Price was reasonable as well. Installers showed up on time and did a great job and cleaned up after themselves as well. I had a great experience with Fortress Windows.
We contracted them last year to replace all our windows (10) and doors (2). Their price wasn’t the lowest, but we decided to go with them because of the prompt response, professional and very clear quotation and, above all, Richard – the sales person. He was awesome and he answered to all our questions (and believe me, we had a lot of questions…).
The installation process took 2 days, including the cleanup. The team did a very good job: they were professional but also polite and friendly, and they answered to all my questions.
At the end of the work, Richard came to check the work and to make sure we are happy. Even now, after six months, he is still checking with us if everything is ok. Great guy.
We are so happy for using Fortress to do this big and important job for our house. Definitely we will recommend them.
