Replaces Bay Window and Side Door
I retained Fortress Windows a couple of years ago for a Bay window and the professionalism, timely and keeping me up-to-date on the delivery was very reassuring as a customer. It really gave me confidence to further have Fortress install a door. Both windows and door was designed by me and Fortress made sure I was happy with the mock-up spec design before going into production. On both occasions they followed up with me making sure I was satisfied after installation. Now I have a couple of windows to replace and with no hesitation, Fortress will be my go too.
