This was the 2nd time we used Natanael for a renovation. We had several quotes for the basement and Natanael had the best ideas with what to do. Prospero and Noel were great and worked very hard day to day. We had an architecture plan in place, but some rooms looked cramped when the wood framework was laid out on the floor compared to on paper. Prospero and Natanael were easy going and willing to change the wood framework so that we had more room. One thing is that we should have listened to Natanael on was getting stain resistant grout or epoxy grout for the shower as we didn't realize our existing showers already had stain resistant grout. We also had an expected complication with regards to a pre-existing leak in our basement coming from the ductwork before any drywall was put in place. It was rare and only happened twice in 5 years.
Natanael was great and contacted several trades to come and investigate where the leak was coming from and fix the problem so it didn't happen again. He came up with solutions such as spray foam insulation around the dryer vent as it was causing a leak along the ductwork from above. We had a few complications after they were finished, but Natanael true to his word, came back and fixed them. We are glad we went with them for the basement renovation and people who saw our basement were really impressed with the overall result.
