Small container move and storage
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I was in the middle of the most disorganized move of my life. I had ordered a container from another different company, but unfortunately I miscalculated the size I needed. I wasn't sure what I was going to do until I discovered Pack and Store. I called and the representative who was calming, helpful, professional and friendly! She got me a container to suit my needs delivered almost immediately. In fact, all the staff at Pack and Store were awesome to deal with! The only concern I had was the re-delivery of my container, but it was not Pack and Store's fault. It was the beginning of the month and beginning of the new school year too, a very busy time for moving companies at large. My new apartment wasn't ready until the very last minute, so unfortunately I had a small delay in waiting to get my container re-delivered. But Pack and Store stayed in touch and kept me informed and ended up getting me a cancellation spot. In the end, everything worked out great. I love the convenience of having the container there to load and unload at my leasure and their staff is amazing! And the price is very reasonable! Overall, I'm very, very satisfied with my experience with Pack and Store!
