Railings review in

My elderly parents had moved into their new home and needed a hand railing to manage the three steps at their front porch.
Oleg came to home and took his measurements and came up with a design for a customized metal framed railing. He completed the installation on time, as promised.
I would recommend him to anyone who is seeking a skilled person to design, build and install a new metal railing.
