They showed (a bunch of teenagers) and sat around talking for 30 minutes, they barely spoke English. They then demanded a deposit and then left without any explanation. These people are terrible, I was stuck having to move on another day.

It's been your second moving with us and as far as we remember you've been completely satisfied with our service the first time (we've got your positive feedback and really appreciate it). However, the failure of your second moving using our company is a consequence of your own disorganization and neglect of your own move. Please excuse us for this, but it's the truth.
1. Our team came to your house five minute earlier and to be exact at 8:25 AM.
2. We gave you a call to notify you, that we are here all set up to start the work and you came to the loading zone at 8:45.
3. Let me mention that the elevator was not available at needed time and you've got it only at 9:30 for 4 hours.
4. So, from 8:25 till 9:30 (and its one hour and five minutes) our crew wasn't able to access your building.
5. Now let me remind you that you booked our movers WITHOUT the truck giving the reason that it will be the "across the street ". However, the truth is, it was a distance of 300 meters with crossing of two streets.
6. Let me also reply on your complain concerning "teenagers". One of the movers who assisted you is 38 y. o; two other movers are 28 and 26 years old. They are two years younger than you, my dear. Probably 8 to 12 hours hard physical work is the secret of everlasting youth.
7. After the inspection of your apartment, our crew manager has brought to your attention the following:
- had been a need of additional packing of your stuff and kitchenware which requires additional 20-30 boxes of different sizes.
- your 4 bedroom apartment needs 10 to 15 hours of work to be moved from 18th floor and then crossing the 300 meters street and then going back. We were surprised to hear from you that you expected a 4 hr moving for a 4 BEDROOM apartment.
After getting the real estimation from our manager you have become enraged and allowed yourself to insult our crew. Our crew took the decision to leave the spot because it was absolutely impossible to perform a 4 bedroom apartment moving in 4 hours using three movers without the truck plus, you refused to offer us a 4 hr deposit.
Our advice to you for the future would be to stay more organised and making realistic estimation for your event before you decide to move and everybody will be happy.
