An absolutely chaotic experience. Despite multiple phone calls, it took the movers upwards of 20 minutes to find the location (a large storage facility - not exactly hidden). At about 5 pm, after only a quarter of our belongings were transferred from the truck to our new apartment, they asked to store the truck overnight and come back in the morning (we refused). While half our belongings sat in an open truck, they spent an unreasonable amount of time (40 minutes) reassembling a simple bed. In order to save time, my husband ended up unloading the majority of the truck himself. I have never seen two individuals who required more smoke breaks. They ignored basic instructions on where to place furniture and boxes. We were not provided with the 'free' wardrobe boxes when we asked (or at all). At the end of the day, they had the audacity to ask for a tip. Overall, this was a wholly unsatisfactory experience which made our move unnecessarily stressful. Would not recommend. Look elsewhere.

I don't really see the reason to post your feedback anonymously if you are so "disappointed" with the move as you describe. Since you didn't indicate any basic information regarding the move such as your name, address and the time when the issues you describe have occurred, we are forced to disregard your complaint and consider it as a fake. However, if you are our client, and prefer to keep your information private from the public we advise you to call our head office where your call will be a priority and information provided will allow us to deal with your complaints more accurately.
