After a couple of no shows from other companies, we contacted Energytech Appliance Service, who came the very next day to service our gas dryer. The technician arrived within the appointment window. He was very thorough and determine the issue right away. He had the required part with him, so that was an extra bonus not to have to wait for a part delivery. As an extra customer service gesture, he even removed the drum to vacuum the dust and dirt from the inside of the dryer base, which went above and beyond. After 2 weeks without a dryer, they fixed the problem (parts included) in just over an hour.
We will definitely contact them again for small appliance repair/service!
