I had a problem in my downspout and called Yuri. He came over at the time we've agreed and gave me info. and made a couple of suggestions. His price was reasonable and seems professional.
He has done a very good job,
I called him again yesterday, having concerns that the downspout didn't function properly. He came at the exact time we've agreed, checked it and found out there was a clog which caused the problem. He cleaned it and didn't charge me.
To summarize a decent guy, courteous , professional who promise and deliver! Would highly recommend him!
Unfortunately there aren't many professionals who understand and believe in providing customer service in all its respects.Yuri is one who does!
