We used this company during busy times and I wouldn't have hired them just based on arrogant attitude, but I let our general contractor use who he wanted.
This reno was about 5 years ago, and I have been cursing the plumbing work ever since! Not sure how its possible but EVERY drain in the house has had ongoing drainage problems from day one. Its almost like something was shoved into them that we can't find. We have also had several leaks from faucet installs that have turned into major ceiling damage. Now a pressure valve on a steam shower blew and drained into the ceiling space...we could have been advised to pipe it somewhere or use a water detector. They plumbed soft water into the drinking taps on second floor, they situated shower valves in awkward places, etc, etc. I have also noticed that considering the price of this job, the general plastic piping that was used appears to be bottom of the line.
We were totally soaked - figuratively and literally with all the dripping joints we've since been fixing.
