Eric was our sales contact and was exceptionally quick to respond to quotes and any other questions we had along the way. He was easy to work with and provided helpful suggestions. Michael and his installation team were very professional and completed 22 windows and 1 patio door in 2 days. One of the arched windows was not ready when they performed the initial install, however it along with 2 other defective windows were replaced a couple of weeks later without hassle by the manufacturer. Overall very satisfied with their service and the quality of the installation.

I am so happy Crown windows were chosen to do my windows! They showed up on time (actually early) The guys were so polite and respectful. They did an amazing job, and the bonus to the job was how well they cleaned up afterwards. After they left, I had a question about a lock they fitted. John was there within a couple of hours of speaking to him! Now thats what I call service!

The team of 3 arrive early to begin work. I was surprise how fast they removed the windows and started to install new windows brick to brick. They insulated, caulked and trimmed each window. I expected they would finish early, but installing the bay window took a little more time. The patio door was replaced with no problems. They cleaned up after by removing the debris and swept the floors.
The team was very efficient and professional throughout the installation.

Eric and his team did a great job. We got all the windows and doors replaced. We are very satisfied with their great services from the beginning to the end. Their price is competitive. Eric is knowledgeable and he gave us a lot of professional advice. The windows arrived on time. Michael and his crew are very skillful. His team was able to complete the job in less than 2 days. That's over 20 windows in all with a minimal fuss and dust. They also changed our old fashion front door to an amazing double door. All in all, Eric and his team, are highly recommended.

I contacted Eric in June 2020 about changing my mom's front enclosure. He was very quick in responding to all of my calls or messages. He came by at my convenience to meet with us and assess what we were asking for. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and gave good recommendations while still keeping our priorities in mind. Within 2 weeks the work was completed by Andy. Andy was a very hard worker and did an excellent job from start to finish and cleaned up completely before leaving. He showed us how to use the doors and windows properly and educated us about cleaning. My mom has had no complaints so far and using the door daily. I would definitely call Eric and Andy again in future and would recommend them highly to my family and friends.

We replaced windows in two upstairs bedrooms, a window in a bathroom and our back door. We worked with Eric, who not only gave us a good price but made some very good recommendations. We are very happy we went with his suggestion of going with a big middle window and two narrower side windows in the bedrooms - we have such great views from those bedrooms now. Michael and his crew were prompt and very efficient in tearing down the old windows and door and installing the new ones and cleaned up after themselves. The installation was good and went smoothly and the quality of the windows and the door were very good as well. We are past customers and have also recommended Crown to friends. When we decided on replacing windows earlier this spring, we did not hesitate to call Eric at Crown.

John has been amazing to deal with from the beginning to the end. The crew that actually attended the house we're professional and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely recommend them to our friends.
