My very old garage heaters were malfunctioning. I called Steve in the evening. He responded to my call and gave me emergency advice to tide me over until his technician could arrive, which he did the following morning. New heaters were sourced and installed the same day. Very efficient and pleasant service, all excellently explained by Steve as the job was underway.
