Buyer beware
Prices quoted on the phone will be lower than what they tell you in person (even if the job is the same as what had been requested over the phone) plus they will tack on a service call fee if you reject their new quote.
We hired this company to fix our garage door a few yrs prior when we were brand new home owners. Paid $1000+ for garage door repair which included an itemized list of replaced parts. Unbeknownst to us the springs were not replaced at that time but should have been.
Garage door broke this wk. Initial quote to repair over the phone was approx $550 -$600. Once at our house, they changed the repair quote to $1000+ saying we needed to replace the whole system again including parts previously replaced. Was given run around by their office when we called to dispute the new quote. When we produced our receipt from the prior repair they did for us that included the itemized list of what we paid to replace at that time, they acknowledged that we didn't need to replace the whole system as the original repair should have replaced springs but didn't.
Ended up paying $650 to replace the 2 springs, incuding a $125 service call fee.
Dishonest quote practices, we will not hire again.
