Wooden Floors By Malcolm

Awful work - do not go with Malcolm! Malcolm and his workers did a terrible job, circles in our floors, a reverse line (when sanding is done incorrectly) through the middle of our floor, stain "puddles" left everywhere, and not done to the timeline we had agreed on (we were being charged more to have it finished quickly, no effort was made to meet the deadline). We ended up having another company come in to fix the mess (when Malcolm refused to fix it/finish it). Do not pay until you start to see results!! We didn't pay him the remaining balance (although he demanded it shouting vulgarities (quite professional) and threatened us), we had enough evidence and confirmation from other professionals (of the poor job) that we weren't worried about his threats.

See other reviews - seems to be the same pattern around town. I'd steer clear.
