As the cold weather is upon us i felt that it was time for me to turn on my furnace as it gets quite chilly in the evening. While in the annual routine of covering the a/c and converting to the furnace, I noticed a quite formidable smell of gas in my mechanical room. Immediatly I switched off the furnace and called a gas tech to diagnose the issue. I had heard of Royal Heating and Cooling through a friend at work. Mike showed up and explained that the shut off for the gas connecting to my furnace had been damaged when turned it back on. He assured me that it was a simple repair. Within an hour the job was done, and while Mike was there he offered to tune the machine, and double check it free of charge. I had a great experiance with this company and would not hesitate to phone them again.
