Top Shelf and Adrian are responsive. They do quality work at a very fair price. The customer clearly matters. I tried other companies - calls not returned and generally not service-oriented. Adrian is the complete opposite: he calls when he says he will, he delivered/installed on the day and at the time he committed to weeks before. I was very satisfied with the outcome - beautiful, functional and affordable closets for space that was difficult to work with. I shopped around for closet companies for a while and decided to go with Top Shelf Organizers because of Adrian. He was very punctual, courteous, cooperative and friendly. Mentally I had already decided to go with Adrian even before he gave me his quote. When I got the quote which was very reasonable, as promised by him within 48 hours there was no turning back. Adrian is always reachable and he will return your call or e mail promptly and that is a big plus point. I just trusted Adrian and knew he would do a fantastic job and he did not disappoint. His workmanship was superb. On the day of the installation he arrived right on time, and the job was done very neatly and professionally. He left the area spotlessly clean and my family and I could not be happier. The closets look simply fantastic. Within 2 days of seeing his work in my home my sister has already contacted him to install closets in her home and I have no doubt my friends will do the same. I am so happy for Adrian and I know that all his hard work and his superb work ethics will get him far. I would never ever hesitate to recommend him to anyone. We recently moved into a new home. In the master closet it had those ugly wire shelving to hang your clothes on. Before even moving in I had taken measurements and layout of the area. This is one area I wanted to get completed right after moving in. I searched for 3-4 closet organizer companies. Two companies wanted me to come into their showroom, one other wanted to quote on the phone. I had e-mailed Adrian from Top Shelf telling him my situation and asking for a design and quote. Within 48 hrs I had drawings of my closet along with a price. Pricing was very competitive and pictures of previous jobs looked good.I asked Adrian the owner if he could come by and bring some samples of products used. Within a few days he had come to our previous address with samples for us to see. Adrian was friendly, courteous, and very professional. At this point we set up a work order for an install date right after moving in. The morning of the install Adrian and his worker showed up on time and installed our new closet organizer. Within a few hours the job was complete. The quality and workmanship is excellent. The smallest detail like caulking around the baseboards that were cut wasn't missed. Everyone that has seen the new organizer just loves it, as we do.
You can buy those cheap products from the big box stores, and try to install it yourself, but if your looking to get a custom made product to suit all your needs look no further than Adrian Podgorski from Top Shelf Organizers. Were getting Adrian to make us a custom storage vanity for our washroom since were very happy with his product and service.

We invited Adrian for a quote along with 3 other companies. Right off the bat Adrian was friendly, courteous, and professional. The walk-in closet was done professionally and efficiently, and on target. Price quoted was extremely competitive and craftsmanship was superior. Still enjoying their walk-in closet and loving it.

Having searched through the internet and whittled down the dozens of closet companies out there, I chose four to give me estimates and designs. My choice is generally to deal with smaller family businesses and Adrian Podgorski impressed me from the beginning. Unlike the other companies, he emailed his design ideas and prices within 48 hours. The other companies just tried to lure my wife and myself to their showrooms to up sell us. Top Shelf only had 10 days head start before we were to move in to our new condo, which in this type of business is nothing, yet everything was finished before the deadline. Even after all the proscribed work was done I found a few other bits and pieces to add in which was only $200 more. I assumed that because of the fact this was only a small amount it would take time. Adrian actually came on a Sunday a few days after my call to do it. Bravo!! I'm taking the time to write this because I feel that companies that perform beyond the norm should be congratulated.

Top shelf did a fabulous job! The job went very smoothly and the quality of the workmanship and material was top notch!
