This company took over from my original provider. When my unit stopped working, they claimed that I was no longer under contract and I needed to upgrade to a more expensive unit and start a new contract or close my account for 70$. Instead, they kept taking money out of my credit card which luckily expired 2 months later. I called them and the agent recognized that it was an error and the account should have been closed. 6 months later, I was getting collection calls and whenever I would speak to their account receivable, they will accept that they made a mistake and the collection calls will start again. It's been 3 years that I am trying to settle this matter but you can never talk to them. You can only speak to some third party charged to do their collection business.
Anyone out there, Do NOT do business with these guys. Find a serious company
