I pay a monthly rental fee in which sandpiper has no problems sending monthly bills with due dates for the water tank. The hot water stopped working on Sunday and I tried calling this company which states on their webpage is a 24/7 operation. The answering machine says it’s closed . I called Monday 3 different times to find out when someone would be coming to our home and each time they ensured me someone was being contracted to come. Poor customer service , poor response time if any. I do not recommend signing a contract or buying anything from these people !!
