I was told one price and promised a large sum of mail in rebates Kyle was aware I was selling and had told me one cost and to my surprise when I sold I had to buy out furnace for new owners and keep the tankless water heater as rental at the end of it all cost me 10thousand dollars for a furnace only and no rebates in sight crushed!!
