Unqualified Technicians and Very Poor Customer Service
Sandpiper said that they were qualified to inspect and perform repairs for a heating issue. A Contractor came 3 times and was unable to resolve the issue, providing incorrect analysis and expensive recommendations which were not needed. I had to seek out an alternate contractor that was immediately able to diagnose and resolve the issue. Sandpiper still charged full price for their services and did not review the case or look into the qualifications of their contractors upon my request. Contacting customer service was extremely difficult (they would not return voice-mails or emails, said that they would follow up and did not, and rarely answered phone calls during normal business hours). Would not recommend for service work, and Customer Service was not empathetic nor helpful.
