Mississauga
I am a landlord with a multi-plex in Mississauga managed by a property management organization. We replaced our own water heater with two units rented from Sandpiper. We are paying for two units through our property manager. However, for nine months, I have been receiving calls, texts and emails from Sandpiper requesting or demanding payment. I have informed them over a dozen times that all invoices are paid through our property manager. Our property manager informs us that she is also receiving requests for payment for a third unit, which we dont have.
Tricksters or imbeciles? I am not sure which but am so disgusted that we will be purchasing our own units to replace the rentals.
