This company repeatedly cancelled appointments and the quality of work was very poor. We were assured by the lady over the phone and the sales person, that the person in charge, Mario was experienced who puts a lot of care in his work and that the service would be top notch. Unfortunately, the job ended up being done very hastily and there were many issues with the final product. We communicated with the company to try to fix the issues. They ended up doing nothing to help us resolve the issues and now we are stuck with something that we will have to eventually redo.

- Communicate with your clients directly instead of using the telephone lady and a sales person. Do not threaten your clients to intimidate and scare them. If you have a unsatisfied customer, listen to them and try to help them instead of patronizing and bullying them.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Do not feel pressured into completing a business deal with a company even after you have paid the deposit. If you start to see red flags stop the job immediately. If you feel threatened or bullied, go to the police and file a report. Make sure you have a contract that is clear about timelines, your detailed expectations of the final product and penalties if these obligations are not fulfilled.
