After going to the home show in Toronto this spring & speaking to the Eclipse Representative, we made our decision to replace an existing window covering with shutters. We researched local Eclipse dealers on Homestars & found Brooklin Blinds and Shutters. The owner Mark, was very prompt with our request for an onsite quote. We ordered on the spot.

Once our order was placed, a representative from Eclipse called to confirm an installation date. An email was sent 36 hours prior to the installation.

The day of the installation, the technicians called to say they would arrive in 30 minutes. Very prompt!!

The technicians were very pleasant & professional. Mark arrived onsite at the start of the job to clarify any questions.

Mark also asked the installers to adjust shutters that were installed in 2013. These were not purchased through Brooklin Blinds and Shutters. The installers took their time & did a fabulous job!! They look brand new!!

Mark followed up with us the afternoon of the installation to make sure were were completely satisfied with both the new installation & the adjustment.

We would highly recommend Brooklin Blinds and Shutters if you are planning on purchasing shutters as window coverings.

We contacted Brooklin Blinds on recommendation of friend and were totally satisfied with Mark; his quote, installation, fit and finish of work by Eclipse Shutters. From order to installation it took a month. Shutters look great and work great.

We were referred to Mark by a friend several years back and hired him to do our kichen windows.( 4 windows and the sliding doors). He did a great job so we had him back later to do the family room, livng and dining room. Same great job. I wasn't a stretch to call Mark again to do all of our upstairs windows. Mark is very skilled and professional. He delivers a top tier product from the time he comes to your home to the do the measurements, right through to the install. He took the time to answer all of our questions, and offered numerous options. We had Eclipse gear driven shutters installed throughout the entire home, along with a roller shade for our back patio door.
