Jimmy was recommended to me by Whalen Heat Pumps Company as one of three technicians.
He was prompt to answer my call and to quote and took it upon himself to come to my place and check what's wrong with the HP prior to installing a new one, as was strongly suggested by the company who services these heat pumps in our Condo building.
On checking the unit, Jimmy was brutally honest enough to tell me that all the HP needed was a new spare part. Bingo. $200 instead of a new HP for $4,500.
