Stephen was a very pleasant and interesting man with a lot of fun stories. He was also very nice with my children. He was punctual, polite and did a terrific job. You would never know that there were any issues with our walls or ceiling. The color matching on the walls in the hallway was perfect even with strong sunlight. Stephen also took the time to properly clean up all the dust and small paint marks that may have hit the floor.

All in all, we are very happy with the entire experience working with CertaPro. From the early site visit / quoting stage, the administration and communication before the project, to the completion and final results.

From the first day, there was nothing but excellent work done by Mathieu. He arrived on time and ready to go. He was one of the most organized people, I have ever had work for me; and this is why he could accomplish such a large job in such a short period of time. He cleaned every thing at the end of the day, and left his equipment tidy ready to go the next day.

This is a very good story of a contractor delivering on what was promised, in advance of the deadline and on budget. This is the second time my wife and I have called upon CertaPro Ottawa to do a paint job for us, once on the exterior of our former home and now on the interior of our 'new' home. In both cases the teams were diligent about taking care of our property while they did their jobs; and the pre, during, and post efforts of Étienne (the franchise owner and sales dude) we're stellar. I would recommend this company to anyone who asks and I know we will use them again in the future!

We had damage to a stippled ceiling (following a misplaced shower curtain mishap) which we unsuccessfully attempted to fix ourselves. I tracked down Certapro through a web search. The process was easy - posted my problem, quickly received a follow up call. Etienne visited and provided great advice, options and an estimate. Timing on repairs fit well into my schedule. Ryan did an incredible job - I can't tell where the original problem was. He explained the steps, kept the area clean and the dust down. He did touch ups until he was fully satisfied - which I very much appreciated. And he did a full cleanup before he left.

The paint team Patrick and Brad are meticulous paint and trim gods, and two very nice gentleman. My whole experience from start to finish never left me feeling stressed. It just left me with a home that I'm completely thrilled with.

We met with Tyler, the sales representative, to get a quotation on our shed, fence and deck. He was very knowledgeable and conscientious. We decided to start with the painting of our shed. Arthur, the painter, was terrific. He did a meticulous job. We are now ready to have our deck and fence stained in a few weeks. I would highly recommend CertaPro Painters.

We had eavestroughs and one exterior wall of our house painted. The meeting for the estimate was scheduled very quickly and the estimate was provided at that meeting.

The cost came in quite a bit higher than we had anticipated but we went ahead anyway as we were impressed with the professionalism and honesty of the owner. We were also very concerned about our new roof and felt that due care would be taken to ensure that there would not be any damage to the roof.

The painting crew reflected the professionalism and respectfulness that we think CertaPro wants to portray - no noisy radios (even though this was an exterior job), no request to use our washrooms (which surprised us) and in one instance, asked if they could use one of our ladders that was in the garage (many trades would just have helped themselves without asking!). We were also pleased that the team leader was on-site quite a bit of the time but the crew got on with the work reqardless.

We are very pleased with the quality of the work, the professionalism of the whole team and the level of communications. A concern that may become an issue was raised to the owner's attention and was dealt with, rather than being brushed aside.

With the work completed, we definitely think we made the right choice.
