The job entailed painting all the walls in the main room of my condominium unit, including three accent walls, as well as one wall in the bedroom. The company, and then Etienne contacted me in a timely manner following my submission of an estimate request on the CertaPro website. Because I had a tight timeline, Etienne contacted me and asked if I could move up the estimate in order to have everything processed and done in time. He is a nice person to talk to, both regarding the job and otherwise.
Although I had to prod a little to get things going following the estimate to get a date set (I like to think my prodding kept a good balance of my needs versus his likely busy schedule), Mathieu did a great job at getting the walls painted, as well as patching a few holes leftover from previous items mounted to one of the walls. Following, Mathieu walked me through the completed job, and it looked amazing. He definitely honoured the "we recognise we are guests in your home" part of the contract, as the place was left clean, and things that were moved during the job were replaced after.
Overall great experience, would recommend!
