I called this company because of a leak in my roof after inspecting my roof they told me I had to replace 5 sheets of plywood and the shingles in that area. I told them I was going to get a second opinion and they want to charge me $300 for the inspection. I agreed to get the roof fixed for 2500 dollars then half way through the job they told me my installation was moldy and unsafe I asked them to leave it and they said they would have to call house inspector which would fine me if I would not repair it so I agreed to get it replaced for another 2000. my house has video surveillance that covers the front entrance and has perfect sight on the roof area they were working on after they complete the job and left I reviewed my camera with another contractor and there is no sign of them pulling any insulation out or any plywood off my roof. all they did was replace a few shingles to make it look like there was a mess. The plywood still looks old and I still have a leak. SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN!! I AM GETTING MY LAWYER INVOLVED

I am very glad to have found this company, i had a roof leak around the skylight i called 2 other companies before them who claimed to have each fixed the leak each charging me large amounts of money. they never fixed it and would not send someone back to fix it even after giving me warranty. i called this company they came out and really looked for the leak by going into the attic (no other company did this) after finding the leak they explained everything in detail. fixed the problem and did not come to collect payment un-till after it rained and i could see that it was not leaking anymore. Extremely satisfied

I called these people to use my team buy voucher when it was expiring in November but could not get an appointment because they weren't taking anymore new ones and I could not get a refund so I called this week and spoke to the manager he had someone come and clean the gutters the same day. I am glad they let me use the voucher even after it was expired.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY COMPANY!! IF YOU BOUGHT A COUPON FROM TEAM BUY/GROUPN ETC. CALL THEM AND GET A REFUND! DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY WITHIN 20 FEET OF YOUR HOUSE! THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR PROPERTY & THEN TELL YOU IT WAS LIKE THAT ALREADY!!! The guy who showed up damaged the fascia on my newly replaced flat roof by placing his ladder up against it. To make matters worse, when I called them which was no easy feat, as they don't answer the phone they told me that it was like that! Their idea of cleaning windows is to use your hose to spray them and then wipe them. They didn't even touch the upper windows which were part of the scope of work. They clean the eavestrough with your hose and leave an absolute mess when their done! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! This is a complete rip off. The workman arrived after dark, yup- after dark, to do the job. It was a complete mess. The owner promised they would be back in the morning to redo the job. No surprise, they were a no show.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I got a Teambuy deal for $70. The guy got up on my roof looked at my gutters and said there is not a spot of dirt in there. My house is almost 15 years old I doubt the gutters are spotless. When I asked him to go on top of my house to check the whole roof he said he could see it from the bottom and there was no damage. He was very unprofessional and I realized he was an independent contracter they got to do this job. He never cleaned the top back windows but when I asked him he said he did but I never saw him bring his ladder to the back. Then he rudely says to me what are you watching me?? Finally I insisted he clean the back windows and the guy went into his van and just took off half way on the job. I feel all of the positive reviews below are fake!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will take your money and not show up, they don't answer the phone. We paid for evestrough cleaning, scheduled an appointment, then they didn't show up or call. When we called them they don't answer the phone or call you back. Completely unreliable, stay away!

Dishonest company. They will take you for a FOOL. I strongly recommend against using. If they could find a way to take your money and avoid doing the job they would. They said they installed soffits, when I checked and pointed out that they hadn't completed the job they came back and (while I was home) said they did it, took my money and left. I went up on the roof and checked and again they didn't complete the job. Only angry phone calls got them to come back and finish the job. Not trustworthy. You will never know if they did what they said or if they did it properly. Stay away!

DO NO USE THIS COMPANY!!! Realize Home Improvement cleaned my eavestrough last November, and in the process the technician damaged the eavestrough. The company assured me they would fix it. After 9 months of trying to get them to fix it, and their constant giving me the run around, I have now had to pay close to $400 from another company to have it repaired. In addition, Realize have posted on their website that they are Better Business Bureau approved, and when I filed a complaint with BBB, I was told they are not approved - which is false advertising. Unfortunately, since they are not BBB approved, there is nothing BBB can do, other than send them a letter, which they have - and did not receive a response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
