a few days prior to the service we received a courtesy call and email reminding us of the appointment
The service guys were very punctual, courteous, took their boots off outside the house etc. They were very thorough, tidy and provided insight and explanations into the process. We were very happy with the price and services provided. We would not hesitate to recommend Dave's Duct Cleaning to our neighbours and friends
