I appreciate Rick offering a possible solution to my dishwasher problem before booking an appointment. Unfortunately it was not successful. Rick came the next morning and found that I needed a new control board. My machine is 15 years old and he could not get a replacement so he offered to solder the area that was not working on the board. Success!! Everything is working normally now.
I have recommended Rick in the past and will continue to do so.
