Residential Spa

We went in just looking for information on spas, upon entering we were welcomed like we had been there 1000 times. We had a very friendly yet professional chat about all our options and ended up getting just what we wanted. Even after the sale was completed we received immediate help when any questions came up. I would recommend Polar Spas to anybody that is looking for new spa.

I bought my far infared sauna from Polar Spas over Christmas and have noticed a huge difference in my health. Not only do my pores appear smaller, I have been sleeping better and wake up feeling more rested. I purchased the sauna after paying for sessions for about six months, and its already worth it! Shaina and Elizabeth were very knowledgable and I learned even more about saunas when I was in. I would recommend Polar Spas to anyone looking for a sauna.

Thank you thank you thank you! I have owned my hot tub for the past few years and love it, but recently it broke down. I wasn't to sure of what to look at, I just knew I needed it fixed. The service team at Polar Spas was fabulous. They were so helpful and listened to my needs. I felt like they gave me honest answers and it turned out to be a simple fix. They had someone from there service team out within 2 weeks. I am back to loving my spa, especially with my morning coffee.

I purchased my spa 8 months ago. It took over 4 months to arrive
The staff has not been helpful as they know little about the spa they sold me
I would not recommend anyone go here for a spa

Hot tub

I purchased my hot tub from Polar Spas Edmonton South in March of 2013, I was told I would receive my tub in 6 weeks. I did not get my tub until the middle of July . I made several phone calls to the company and had several promises made to me on how they were going to fix this issue. None of which they followed through with. This is how they treat someone that was brought in by a friend of Chris's ? I would hate to see how they treat someone that walks in on their own. There have been several unpleasant phone conversations with Shaina who was supposed to be the service manager . She really needs a course on customer service. a few months after having my tub delivered it required service , pumps weren't working properly , ozinator was not working properly , radio was cutting in and out . I requested a service appointment and after several attempts they finally came out . The technician couldn't figure out the filter system on the tub they sold me, he said everything was fine and left after only a few minutes. This was one of the senior technicians . I called Shaina for a follow up to see what was being done , she was going to check with the tech and get back to me , she never called me back . I left her several messages and still did not get a call back. A few months later i drove to the location and asked for a service report on my tub , I was told by Elizabeth that she would have to check with the service department . I waited for close to 30 minutes and she still couldn't get me any info . She told me she would take care of it and call me with the info . Again I didn't get a call back , I waited several weeks and called several times , still no response , finally 6 weeks after my visit to the store another service call was set up for me . The technician came out , tightened some wires , said he fixed the leak in my tub and was going to order some new headrests and a part for my stereo. He gave me his contact info and said if I had any more issues with the tub to call him directly and I would hear from someone very soon regarding the parts. Again I did not hear from anyone , I contacted the service tech Nate by phone and text he will not respond either . My Tub still leaks . I have also tried the store # but GUESS WHAT !!!!! The phone number has been disconnected, the service # goes to a weird Voice mail message and I cannot reach anyone. I purchased a warranty with my tub and I am not getting anywhere with servicing the tub. I highly discourage EVERYONE to stay away from this company , They have poor products, and service. It would be really nice to be able to get this problem rectified , I don't see that happening in the near future.

My deepest apologies that you have had an unhappy experience. We definitely will be doing everything possible to ensure this does not happen again. On November 4th Nathan had resolved your leak at pump 2 by tightening the discharge union that was leaking. Your auxiliary cord for your stereo is ordered but you had not received a phone call yet due to the fact it has not yet arrived. I will make sure you have this within two and a half weeks. We do check our voicemails regularly please make sure you are calling the main store location at 780.431.2008 as we are currently switching telephone providers. When we received your email yesterday about your concerns you were phoned momentarily and booked in for this monday, January the 26th were we hope to resolve your issues and satisfy your request. I will also have him bring out your headrests on your monday appointment as a complementary curtesy. We look forward to a much smoother Future.

Spa

This has been a wonderful experience. We Bought a Spa at Polar Spa in October and were told it would take three months to arrive. It arrived three weeks early and has been absolutely fabulous. We have enjoyed every second of our time in it. Thanks Kaine and all the staff at polar spas it has been our pleasure dealing with you!! Happy New Year.

Polar Spas Hot Tubs

STAY AWAY!! Worst customer service ever! First off, there were no keys for the cover, kept saying they would send them to us -- never did. We had problems last winter with the heater giving out, contacted Polar Spas and they took months to get back to us. It was -40 for most of the winter, even with a heater the tub froze over while waiting for a response.... which we never really received. We paid out of pocket to redo the piping but we need a new heater from them that is covered out of warranty. It's been months and months and they just give us the ring around, no follow-up, no part, no returned phone calls.

Save yourself the headache of dealing with this company and buy from Arctic Spas instead, we wish we did.

hot tub cover and brackets

I made an order with Elizabeth on Sept 20, 2014 for hot tub covers and brackets for my 16 foot swim spa. Within 30 minutes, that same day, the order was cancelled, as I was informed that my husband made the order to dynasty spas a week earlier. Elizabeth told me my VISA payment of $2883.00 would be re-imbursed that week by Mr. Chris Shaw, as he was the only personal able to re-imburse me. Needless to say, three months later, despite various emails, phone calls, and false reassurances by Mr. Chris Shaw that my visa was being re-imbursed (both by email and by phone call - on two separate occasions), it has never occurred. I was never provided with an invoice of the order, or a copy of the cancellation, nor will Mr. Shaw provide me with a credit memo or confirmation number that indicates I will be re-imbursed on my visa - each time I am told it will happen. I have no product, and am out a substantial amount of money. I consider this theft until rectified.

Spaw

I ordered a part for my spa and it now winter and still haven't received my part
So now I have a 800 lb ice cube, and busted manifolds. The service in edmonton is crap, they don't return calls and make you wait long periods of time in the store before helping any clients. Over all I will not buy my next over priced spaw from polar spaws company.
