I purchased my hot tub from Polar Spas Edmonton South in March of 2013, I was told I would receive my tub in 6 weeks. I did not get my tub until the middle of July . I made several phone calls to the company and had several promises made to me on how they were going to fix this issue. None of which they followed through with. This is how they treat someone that was brought in by a friend of Chris's ? I would hate to see how they treat someone that walks in on their own. There have been several unpleasant phone conversations with Shaina who was supposed to be the service manager . She really needs a course on customer service. a few months after having my tub delivered it required service , pumps weren't working properly , ozinator was not working properly , radio was cutting in and out . I requested a service appointment and after several attempts they finally came out . The technician couldn't figure out the filter system on the tub they sold me, he said everything was fine and left after only a few minutes. This was one of the senior technicians . I called Shaina for a follow up to see what was being done , she was going to check with the tech and get back to me , she never called me back . I left her several messages and still did not get a call back. A few months later i drove to the location and asked for a service report on my tub , I was told by Elizabeth that she would have to check with the service department . I waited for close to 30 minutes and she still couldn't get me any info . She told me she would take care of it and call me with the info . Again I didn't get a call back , I waited several weeks and called several times , still no response , finally 6 weeks after my visit to the store another service call was set up for me . The technician came out , tightened some wires , said he fixed the leak in my tub and was going to order some new headrests and a part for my stereo. He gave me his contact info and said if I had any more issues with the tub to call him directly and I would hear from someone very soon regarding the parts. Again I did not hear from anyone , I contacted the service tech Nate by phone and text he will not respond either . My Tub still leaks . I have also tried the store # but GUESS WHAT !!!!! The phone number has been disconnected, the service # goes to a weird Voice mail message and I cannot reach anyone. I purchased a warranty with my tub and I am not getting anywhere with servicing the tub. I highly discourage EVERYONE to stay away from this company , They have poor products, and service. It would be really nice to be able to get this problem rectified , I don't see that happening in the near future.

My deepest apologies that you have had an unhappy experience. We definitely will be doing everything possible to ensure this does not happen again. On November 4th Nathan had resolved your leak at pump 2 by tightening the discharge union that was leaking. Your auxiliary cord for your stereo is ordered but you had not received a phone call yet due to the fact it has not yet arrived. I will make sure you have this within two and a half weeks. We do check our voicemails regularly please make sure you are calling the main store location at 780.431.2008 as we are currently switching telephone providers. When we received your email yesterday about your concerns you were phoned momentarily and booked in for this monday, January the 26th were we hope to resolve your issues and satisfy your request. I will also have him bring out your headrests on your monday appointment as a complementary curtesy. We look forward to a much smoother Future.
