DO NOT BUY A HOT TUB FROM THIS COMPANY. FROM DAY 1 i have had nothing but problems . They claim this is a chem free hot tub and the water would be crystal clean 100% of the time.. this couldn't be more false! I basically have to change the water after every use. I get nothing but the run around from "service" if thats what you want to call them . As well as the "GSM" Aaron . They claim there is nothing wrong with the tub except the fact i cannot use it due to the smell of the water .
I have had the tub approx 3 months , used maybe 10 times and changed the water approx 5-6 times.... this has to be the worst tub/experience i have ever gone through. Save yourself the headache and save your money and buy somewhere else !!

Thank you for your review Darcy. Our service team would have been much quicker to respond had you remembered upfront that the spa was purchased under a different name. Since pulling your file, our service team has been out to your house and has taken your hot tub out of economy mode. When a spa is in economy mode it will not filter as it needs to when the spa is being used. It will also not heat up to 104. Now that your filter cycle is set properly you will not have an issue.
