We hired Andy to redo the driveway, the asphalt was poorly done. We get puddles of water all the time and it’s getting worst now with winter. We have contacted his wife a few times but no response. We are very disappointed. The rest of the work was good but doesn’t offset how bad the driveway looks. Even neighbors have commented about it.

It took less than five days from the time we called for a quote until the job was finished. It took two full days for Andy and his team to install new interlock on our front yard, side walkway and backyard. Andy and his crew were punctual and worked quickly and efficiently. Our lot had many challenges and limitations, and Andy was patient in listening to our concerns and following our requests. I would absolutely not hesitate to recommend Merjo Constructions to anybody needing interlock being done. Their price was fair and their work was stellar. We hired Merjo Brothers to do work at the front of our home which included resurfacing our existing front porch and stairs with Jewelstone; repaving our driveway with asphalt; installing interlocking stone and creating a low wall for an existing flowerbed. This company is the one you need to use. They are professional, prompt, efficient and absolutely fair in their pricing. Let me say that I went through homestars and emailed and called several companies to repair decaying cement walls and stairs to my basement . I received emails and phone calls back from the other companies within 24-48 hrs. In that space of time, Andy had returned my call, came within 1hr of our phone call to assess the job. He gave a fair and prompt quote and he was professional and clearly knowledgable about the work needed. While the other companies were returning my emails with more phone calls Andy and his crew had finished the job. And it looks fantastic. I hope it will last, but I have no doubt that if there are any issues, this man will be at my door within hours. I cannot recommend him more. He wants business, he believes in offering exemplary work, and is absolutely professional in his approach. Within 2 days of calling him the job was done. He does not leave you hanging and delivers what he promises. After the job was finished I looked up his ratings on Homestars and was happy to see that he gets very high ratings. But he should get even higher ratings. You will not get this kind of customer service, knowledge and skill at such a fair price. Use him.

They are professional and punctual. That being said, they knew what they were doing. They came up with the most cost effective way to get the job done and finished it within 2 days. We were very satisfied with their job because it was much greater than I expected and without them we would not be able to get this done. They listened to us and delivered exactly what we wanted.

I hired Merjo Brothers to remove all the existing interlocking stone on the driveway and walkway, install new base, relay the interlock, clean stones and sand interlock areas. They also redo the concrete base of our porch entrance. They did the jobs professionally and my interlock looks great and clean. I would like to send my special thanks to Warren and his team. They listened and acted promptly to our request. They also did the extra work to re-direct our water pipe to the surface as our underground water pipe is clogged. We had a small area, about 12x30 feet we wanted paved in recycled interlock brick we had obtained. Our yard is mostly clay, with poor drainage, so it was vital that the area underneath be excavated and layered with various aggregates. I found Andy & Merjo Brothers on Homestars. Andy was prompt in contacting me and coming to give an estimate. Their price was very reasonable. Their work is impeccable. They did everything we asked, including complicated slopes and excavating and packing a proper foundation for our interlock. They worked quickly and professionally. The job was completed in less than 24 hours, all some exactly as we had specified. We are so impressed we have now contracted with them to pave our driveway. Our neighbours are also impressed, and I'm going to have to ask Andy for more business cards to share with them. Merjo Brothers are a real find! My husband and I strongly recommend them!
