Rick did an amazing job providing us with piece of mind when buying our first home. Not only did he check every nook and cranny but he took the time to educate us on the potential issues that can occur in a home. The value we received during our home inspection goes beyond what I ever expected and was worth every dollar.

Rick did our home inspection and I found him to be thoroughly professional. He was way ahead of time and started preliminary inspections before we arrived. Once we started, he took pains to explain even minute details that we should be looking out for. He also made recommendations on what we should focus on in the short term as well as long term. All of hus recommendations were clearly documented in the report. I would certainly and very highly recommend Rick for home inspections. I feel assured before going into a home after Rick's report. We had no recommendations for a home inspector so after contacting roughly 15 RHI's, Rick was the best to speak with and had the fairest price. He was on site promptly and had all of his equipment ready to go (included some very helpful pieces like the ever-handy moisture detector and a thermal imaging device). Rick was very thorough and really took the time to explain what he was doing, what he was looking for, how to rectify an issue or how to prevent any possible issues in the future. He always encouraged me to look over his shoulder and really made me feel involved in the process...I've definitely come away from this inspection with a greater knowledge of home maintenance. Rick's level of experience and overall professionalism were second to none and I will be recommending his services to anyone who is in need of them in the future.
