Jody provides an un-itemized invoice and requests deposits for materials costs; neither of which any consumer should accept. He refused to return the deposit when asked to cancel the contract. He has no integrity towards vulnerable (senior) consumers and has dishonestly about the cost of materials in order to reap a higher profit for himself. The work he performed was satisfactory for the most part and while he was on the job site he was courteous.

You stated the material cost $700, however Home Depot sells the exact components for $430.00. My father gave you a cash tip because he suffered a stroke and his reasoning and judgement have been impaired due to it.
