CityBoxes - Rental Moving Boxes

Amazing, point blank period and its an amazing business concept. No tape, no breaking boxes. They're easily flexible and stack-able which makes it great for loading into trucks and the bins hold A ton of stuff. I ordered 20 for a one bedroom move and didn't even fill the last 3 bins. Andrew himself is amazing, very nice guy with a great relationship with his customers. Kudos Andrew! I wish you and your business all the best!

CityBoxes was excellent. They were very reliable, called in advance to check suitable times, and picked and dropped off the bins on time. Well worth the cost (and they are slightly cheaper than most other Toronto services). Highly recommended!

These guys were great! Andrew was really flexible when it came to drop off and pick up, the boxes were clean, and not having to pack everything in liquor store boxes was a treat! Use them, you won't be disappointed.

A simple, perfect service run by a great individual. You order the boxes, Andrew drops them off, you pack, you move, you unpack, and Andrew picks them up. Andrew's incredibly friendly and helpful and flexible. Recommended for sure.

Great service! Changed delivery date few times - no problem. Boxes delivered day earlier which saved so much time. Boxes picked up earlier. Wardrobe boxes were great. Easy to handle, moved easily. Highly recommand, saves time, no hassle, no taping cardboard boxes, durable plastic boxes.

We decided to give CityBoxes a try for our last move (never used a box rental service before). Normally we

try and obtain cardboard boxes from friends, offices and out in alleyways, but doing that is tiresome and they aren't very durable.

We placed our order for 30 boxes, and Andrew (the CEO) showed up at our place a few weeks before moving date with the bins (which are sturdy, clean and beautiful, and seemed to be the perfect dimensions to fit just about anything at 18" long). He ended up bringing up 40 boxes, and told us that if we didn't need the extra 10, he would refund us for those unused. Glad he offered because we ended up using all 40!

It was raining that day and he apologized that the boxes were wet (he even dried most of them off before coming up to our condo). He had other packing supplies available for sale in his truck, which he didn't pressure us to buy, but it was nice that they were available. He also throws in labels and zip ties for free, which is amazing. The best part is free delivery and pickup.

We rented the boxes for 3 weeks, and got them delivered 2.5 weeks before moving day, which gave us half a week to unpack, which was sufficient (and forced us to unpack!) :) Andrew said that if we needed them for an extra day, he was flexible in that.

Overall, a great service, totally worth the money, backed by top-notch customer service. I would use CityBoxes.ca for any future move!
