Avoid these guys.
They broke our marble table stand during the move (which rendered the entire dining table unusable), as they wrapped it in a simple paper box without any padding in our absence. Even though their movers themselves admitted that the packaging was bad, the management refused to compensate us with a similar dining table for replacement.
Instead, they revealed that there is a term at the back page of the contract that we signed, that they were only responsible for Cdn$100 of damages at maximum per shipment.
We were surprised given how one-sided the term is, and given they have never told us about it before during the entire process.
In the end, they were only willing to compensate us with Cdn$400 after many rounds of negotiation (to our frustration, adding only a hundred dollars each time), when the table itself was worth Cdn$3588. We did not take the offer because it was simply unfair.
They also called us "unreasonable" and "not making sense" for not purchasing marine insurance, when the insurance itself actually does not cover this situation (the packaging done by the movers was improper, which falls under the act of "negligence").
To be fair, the movers were nice but the management was rude. Not recommended.
